Our ceramic and porcelain tiles are manufactured through a precise and technologically advanced process that ensures superior strength, durability, and design excellence. From the careful selection of raw materials to high-temperature firing and quality inspection, every step is executed with strict quality standards to deliver world-class tiles for modern spaces. Below are the process of manufacturing tiles.
STEP 01
Mixing & Grinding
The process begins with the careful mixing and grinding of selected raw materials such as clay and minerals. Each batch undergoes chemical and physical testing in our in-house laboratory to ensure consistency and quality. This step ensures optimal particle size and forms a strong foundation for high-performance tiles.
STEP 02
Spray Drying & Storage
The prepared slurry is processed through spray drying to achieve uniform granule formation, followed by storage in silos under controlled conditions. Granulometry tests are conducted to ensure proper particle size distribution, maintaining consistency and readiness for the pressing stage.
STEP 03
Pressing
The granulated material is shaped under high pressure to form tiles. At this stage, Dry MOR (Modulus of Rupture) and thickness tests are conducted to ensure strength, uniformity, and dimensional accuracy.
STEP 04
Drying
The pressed tiles are carefully dried to remove residual moisture. Moisture and Dry MOR tests are conducted to ensure optimal strength and stability before further processing.
STEP 05
HD Printing
Advanced HD printing technology from our Italian technology partner, System Ceramics, is used to achieve precise and high-quality surface designs. Soluble salt and viscosity tests are conducted to ensure print clarity, consistency, and surface finish.
STEP 06
Firing
The tiles are fired at high temperatures in our advanced Modena kiln to achieve final strength and durability. Post-firing tests such as Fired MOR, planarity check, water absorption, and breaking strength are conducted to ensure quality and performance.
STEP 07
Polishing & Squaring
Tiles are polished and precisely squared using advanced Keda machinery to achieve the desired finish and dimensions. Tests for glossiness, size, edge accuracy, surface quality, smoothness, dimensional accuracy, and rectangularity are conducted to ensure a premium final product.
STEP 08
Final Product Testing
Finished tiles undergo comprehensive quality checks, including water absorption, breaking strength, linear and thermal properties, frost resistance, and scratch hardness (Mohs scale). These tests ensure durability, reliability, and compliance with international standards.
STEP 09
Packing
Finished tiles are securely packed using high-quality packaging materials to ensure safe handling and transportation. Each batch is carefully labelled for easy identification, maintaining product integrity during storage and export.
STEP 10
Stock
Finished goods are systematically stored in our warehouse with proper inventory management. This ensures ready availability, efficient order processing, and timely dispatch to meet customer requirements.
STEP 11
Dispatch
Orders are carefully planned and dispatched through an efficient logistics system to ensure timely delivery. Proper documentation and loading procedures are followed to guarantee safe and smooth transportation to the destination.
